MEN OF
ACTION.
A community-driven initiative founded by Rob Shull to build a network of accountable, civic-minded men who take real responsibility for their families, their neighborhood, and their community.
WHAT IS
MEN OF
ACTION?
Men of Action is Rob Shull's community initiative built on a simple premise: strong families and strong neighborhoods require men who show up. Not men who talk — men who act.
Burlington Township's problems don't solve themselves. They require engaged citizens who take ownership of their community, hold their elected officials accountable, and do the work when nobody's watching.
Men of Action brings together Burlington Township men who believe in the same things Rob does: accountability, service, family, and community. It's not a club. It's a commitment.

Family First
Commit to being present and accountable at home. Strong families are the foundation of everything Men of Action stands for.
Community Accountability
Hold local government, schools, and institutions accountable. Show up to meetings. Speak up. Demand better. Then do better yourself.
Take Action
Don't complain about problems — solve them. Men of Action members are doers. Every community challenge is an opportunity to step up.
BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP NEEDS
MEN WHO SHOW UP.
“I started Men of Action because I looked around Burlington Township and saw a community with incredible potential being let down by leaders who stopped showing up. Government that stopped innovating. Men who stopped leading their families and their neighborhoods the way they should.
“Men of Action is my answer to that. It's a network of men who believe what I believe: that if you want Burlington Township to be better, you have to be better. You have to take responsibility. You have to act.
“We're just getting started.”
— Rob Shull, Founder
